I have been a patient of Dr. Kessler and more recently Dr Shin for the past 15 years. I trust and value them so much that when I moved out of NYC to Westchester I decided to keep traveling into the city rather than switch dentists. In the past I’ve had experiences with other dentists who did unnecessary work, so being able to trust my dentist is very important to me. In the years I’ve been going to Kessler and Shin I’ve only needed bi annual cleanings and two fillings. They are not making a lot of money off me lol but everyone in the office treats me great. The desk staff and hygenecist are friendly and efficient, there is never a long wait, and there is a good team atmosphere in the whole office. I always feel that the dentists are thorough and I never feel rushed.
